If you experience any issue with your order, we\u2019re here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Food &amp; Beverage Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the perishable nature of our products, <strong>food and beverages cannot be returned once they have been prepared, delivered, or collected<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, we will gladly assist you if your order has an issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Non-Refundable Situations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds or replacements will generally not be provided if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You change your mind after placing the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You ordered the wrong item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You provided an incorrect delivery address or contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The order could not be delivered because the customer was unavailable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product was consumed before the issue was reported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissatisfaction is based solely on personal taste or preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Refund Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and typically take <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For cash payments, refunds may be issued in cash or through another mutually agreed method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.
