1. Food & Beverage Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products, food and beverages cannot be returned once they have been prepared, delivered, or collected.
However, we will gladly assist you if your order has an issue.
2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Requests
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong order.
- An item is missing from your order.
- Your order arrives damaged or spilled.
- The food or beverage is not fit for consumption due to a quality issue.
- Your order was cancelled by CO2+ The Bar & Bites after payment was made.
Requests must be reported as soon as possible after receiving your order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will generally not be provided if:
- You change your mind after placing the order.
- You ordered the wrong item.
- You provided an incorrect delivery address or contact information.
- The order could not be delivered because the customer was unavailable.
- The product was consumed before the issue was reported.
- Dissatisfaction is based solely on personal taste or preference.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.
Once food or beverages have entered the preparation process, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If CO2+ The Bar & Bites is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.
For cash payments, refunds may be issued in cash or through another mutually agreed method.
6. Replacement Orders
Instead of a refund, we may offer:
- A replacement meal or beverage.
- Store credit.
- A voucher for a future purchase.
The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed due to:
- Severe weather
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Events beyond our reasonable control
delivery times may be extended. Such delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
8. Quality Concerns
If you believe your order has a quality issue, please contact us promptly and, where possible, provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the affected item
This helps us investigate and resolve your concern quickly.
9. Promotional Offers
Refunds for discounted or promotional orders will be based on the amount actually paid after discounts have been applied.
